PCTE gets 'national B-school award 2013'

Punjab College of Technical Education (PCTE) received National B-School Awards 2013 for its outstanding performance in north B-schools. Devinder Singh Saini, member, board of advisor, PCTE, received the award during a ceremony held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, last week.

ABP News formerly known as Star News hosted the National B-School Awards 2013 to bring in positive difference and recognition in education fraternity. Anand Bazaar Patrika (ABP) started as a leading daily in 1922 in India. ABP News made its debut in March 2004 with the promise of keeping each individual ahead and informed.

The award is in recognition of leadership, development, promoting innovative pedagogies and industry interface of business school. These are very prestigious awards and are well researched and chosen by an independent jury and a panel of professionals who believe in nurturing Talent and in recognising best of the best.

Harpreet K Kang, dean, PCTE Group of Institutes, congratulated students and faculty members of the institutes for their sincere and committed efforts. Kang said we at PCTE work towards overall development of students and faculty so that they could compete with the best in this competitive environment. She said these awards were the result of continuous efforts and performance of our students, who were working at top positions in leading corporate houses of the country.
