Pension adalat organised for ex-army men

Continuing its efforts to reach out to its valiant ex-servicemen, retired army personnel and dependents, the Indian Army, under the aegis of 'Golden Arrow Division' planned and organised a mini pension adalat at Ferozepur for the ex-servicemen of Ferozepur, Moga and Muktsar districts.

General Officer Commanding Golden Arrow Division, Major General SC Meston, SM, VSM addressed the veterans.
Representatives of principal controller of defence account (pension), Allahabad and Meerut, the chief manager of SBI and PNB and representatives of various record offices attended the adalat to guide and resolve issues pertaining to pensionery awards of the Army personnel and dependents.

A medical camp was also organised for ex-servicemen and their dependents. Dental and eye specialists were also present.
More than 300 ex-servicemen, veer naris and widows attended the event and their grievances were redressed.
