Petrol pump employees robbed

Three unidentified motorcycle-borne youth reportedly robbed an employee of a petrol pump of `12,500 at Massania village under the Sekhwan police station on Thursday night.

In his complaint to police, the victim, Tirlochan Singh, resident of Massania said on Thursday night, the motorcyclist-borne youth asked him to fill petrol worth rs200.
After filling fuel, when he asked them for money, one of the occupants pointed a pistol at him and asked for money lying with him.

Though he tried to show some resistance, other motorcyclist snatched `12,500 from him and fled the scene on the motorcycle having no registration number.
After answering a call, a team of the Sekhwan police rushed the spot and registered a case against unidentified miscreants.

In another incident, two motorcycle-borne unidentified persons reportedly snatched `4,500 from an employee of a petrol pump at Shahbad village under the Ranger Nangal police station here on Thursday night.

Divulging information, salesmen Ravi Kumar said on Thursday night, two motorcycle-borne persons came to the pump and asked him for diesel worth rs200 and when he asked them for money, the duo assaulted him and snatched rs4,500.

Following the statement of Ravi Kumar, police have registered a case against unidentified miscreants.
