Police recovered narcotic powder, habit-forming drugs in HP

Police have arrested three people and recovered narcotic powder and habit-forming drugs from them in three cases in Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday.


A team of Mulepur police during checking here arrested Amandeep Singh, a resident of Rurki village, and recovered 340 gm narcotic powder.

As per another report, a team of Mandi Gobindgarh police recovered 255 gm narcotic powder from Sonu, a resident of Master Colony.

In yet another recovery, a team of Amloh police while conducting raid arrested Sheetal Singh, a resident of Salana Jiwan Singh Wala village and recovered 5,000 tablets of habit-forming drugs.

All the accused were booked under various sections of the NDPS Act.
