The Association of the PSEB-affiliated Schools has demanded that the examination centre for Punjab Open School students must be the institution at which they have been admitted.

Meeting the Punjab education minister Daljit Cheema on Saturday, a delegation, led by association's president Rajinder Sharma, said students found it difficult to reach other centres on time, especially if the centres were in far-off places.

“If the Punjab board does not change its policy, students will begin to secure admission to other open boards, which will be a loss to Punjab board as well as schools under it,” said association member Inderjeet Malhotra. The delegation also submitted a memorandum.
