PU to conduct entrance test for MCom on June 13

Panjab University, Chandigarh, will conduct an entrance test under the PU Common Entrance Test (PU-CET) for 40 seats of MCom (business innovations) running at Post Graduate Department of Commerce and Business Innovations, SCD Government College, here. The test will be held in Chandigarh on June 13.

The last date for submission of online application form at PU website cetpg.puchd.ac.in is May 20. The entrance test is open to all those candidates who possess bachelor's degree in BCom/BCom (honours)/BBA/ BA (with honours in economics/mathematics/statistics/commerce) with 45% marks in aggregate or graduation with 50% marks in aggregate in any other discipline of the university or other qualifications as prescribed in prospectus available on the PU website.

Students, who will qualify the entrance test, can submit their applications forms (on the prescribed format available from the college) at the office of SCD Government College here by July 7.

Principal of the college, Rajinder Singh, said previous batches of the course had shown wonderful results and the final year students of current batch had been offered 3-3.5 lakh per annum salary profile.
