Punjab Agricultural University to launch MCA programme

The Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) has introduced a two-year MCA programme from the academic session 2015-16.

JS Mahal, dean, College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, and director of School of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, PAU, said, "As many as 60 students will be enrolled in this programme.

Students who have obtained degrees in BCA or MSc Information Technology (IT) or computer science will be eligible for this programme for which the entrance test will be conducted by the PAU in June."

Mahal highlighted that the university has good infrastructure, equipped with all the modern facilities to run an MCA programme.

He said the detailed information regarding MCA programme would be made available at PAU website (www.pau.edu) soon.

Interested students should keep visiting PAU website for latest updates, he added.
