Punjab board to hold re-exams from Sept 3

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) will conduct the compartment exams for classes 10 and 12 from September 3.

As per the information received from the board’s office, 81,500 students of classes 10 and 12 will appear at 100 examination centres in Punjab. Out of 81500, 68,000 are students of Class 10 and 13500 are of Class 12. While there will be 67 examination centres for Class 10, there are 33 for Class 12.

There will be 27 examination centres for classes 10 and 12 as far as Ludhiana is concerned.

For Class 10, the exams will start on September 3 with science as the first paper while for Class 12 the first paper will be that of English on the same date.

The students have been informed to download the forms from the board’s website. The examination controller will collect the question papers for the respective exams from the nearest banks with which the board has tied up.
