Sekha was arrested from CRPF Colony in Dugri area.
Commissioner of police Jatinder Singh Aulakh said police found that Sekha used to arrange accommodation and food for Goru and his gang when they were in the hiding.
Pictures of Goru Bachcha on SOI hoardings that also carried deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal’s photo had raised many eyebrows in the past.
