Kabal Singh, an accused in a case of alleged sexual harassment of the woman sarpanch of Jodhpur Romana village along with others, on Friday, told mediapersons that the sarpanch had falsely implicated them and demanded an inquiry by the police.

He said the accused included Harpreet Singh, who was mentally challenged and has been tied in the house for the past over two years.
