Seven booked for cheating, breach of trust

The police have charged seven persons with cheating and breach of trust.SHO Vijaykanwarpal said the accused, identified as Joginder Singh, is a resident of Jandiala village, Harbans Singh, Swinder singh, Rannbir Singh,Singhara Singh,Gurwinder Singh and Balwinder Singh are residents of Chuheki village.

Baljit singh, a Chuheki village resident complained to the police that he his holder of power attorney of US based NRI and native of Jandiala village Harbhajan Singh in connection with a court case of land measuring seven kanal 19 marlas situated in Baina pur village.

He said the accused sold this land by procuring fake documents. The SHO said the case was registered after an inquiry.
