Two dera sacha saudha followers Jagroop Singh and Prem Singh from the Bhalwan village of Dhuri sub-division of the district have alleged that some unknown persons have burnt the posters of the Sirsa-based organization's head, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in their village on Monday night.

As per the complaint filed in the Bhalwan police post, the posters about the dera head's upcoming movie the Messenger of God, were installed outside the houses of these two dera followers.

When contacted Dhuri district superintendent of Police, Krishan Kumar said, "Yes, we have received the complaint in a village, the police was investigating the matter."

"But the situation is under control and there is no tension in the village and in the sub-division", he added.
