Student abducted, robbed at gunpoint

An engineering student has alleged that he was held hostage and robbed of valuables and documents at gunpoint at Sector 5 on Friday here .

The thieves fled with his mobile phone, his documents, money and watch.

The victim, Hemant, a resident of Haileymandi commute to his college in Bahadurgarh via Gurgaon.
He claimed that on Friday, near Ashok Vihar phase-2, five people in a van abducted him and robbed him.

He also said that in the snatchers’ conversation he overheard, they were allegedly planning to kill him and sell his kidneys. But the van ran out of petrol, so he was thrown out of the car at Sector 9.

The police have filed a complaint and the investigations have begun.
