Student activist Satpal Banga said the 4% to 10% increase in fee on campus and a hike of more than 50% in the affiliated and constituent colleges was unfair. “We have met the officials concerned and insisted on a rollback. If they don’t accept out demands, we will intensify our agitation,” he said.
