Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar has said the state government will spread information about its developmental works via SMS and email.
Khattar, who was in Gohana at Shri Ram Sharnam Ashram on Sunday, said the state government has decided to chalk out a special plan to spread information about the work done by the government to the people.
"The state government is committed for an overall development of the state and steps are being taken to improve education and power sectors. The government has also brought a special scheme under which people of the rural areas can get uninterrupted power supply, if they fulfill certain conditions," added Khattar
Similarly, the state government was also taking steps so that Class 8 exams could be conducted by the Haryana board of secondary education. He also accused the previous Bhupinder Singh Hooda-led Congress government for shortage of teachers in the state.
"Providing jobs is not only the matter but it is government's duty to ensure appointment of good teachers so that students of the private schools could also get quality education," he added.
The chief minister also said that the government was focusing on the e-governance to eradicate corruption from all government departments
