A 26-years old woman found hanging in mysterious circumstances from ceiling fan in rented accommodation inside a private school situated at local Arjun Nagar on Monday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Mala, a resident of Darbhanga district in Bihar. She was living with her husband Sumit (30) and two daughters Kajal (10), Aanchal (4) there for last two years.

The police have also not ruled out foul play in this incident as husband and daughters were missing from the room and even main gate of school was locked from outside.

The incident came to light when school children and teachers opened lock with the help of hammers and shocked after finding dead body hanging with fan.

Navi Baradari SHO Bhushan Sekhri along with cops reached at the spot and initiated investigation in this case.

The cops took the dead body to civil hospital for post-mortem examination and registered a case under section 174 of CRPC Act initially.

The police officials said that they have contacted deceased's family in Darbhanga and they denied taking her dead body by claiming that Mala had a love marriage with Sumit and they were against it.

The officials further told that they have yet to get any clue about Sumit and daughters for further investigation.
