Woman, paramour, her son booked for thrashing husband

A labourer was allegedly thrashed by his wife and her paramour after he found them in a compromising position.

When the labourer’s son returned, he also started thrashing his father as his mother instigated him against his father.

Though victim Ram Babu Pandey of New Tagore Nagar, Haibowal, filed a complaint at the division number 4 police station in this context, the accused are absconding.

In his complaint, Ram Babu alleged that he came to know that his wife Indira Devi was having illicit relations. To check on her, he came home early from work on Thursday. When he entered the house, he was shocked to see his wife in an indecent position with Ram Parkash Yadav of Jawala Singh Chowk of Haibowal.

The victim said as he raised objections, his wife and her paramour pounced over him and thrashed him. Meanwhile, his son Gautam Pandey also reached home.

Sub-inspector Mukesh Kumar, incharge at Jagatpuri police post said the victim alleged that when his son Gautam reached home, his wife invoked him against his father and he also joined her in beating him up. After thrashing the accused fled from the scene.

The police post incharge said a case under sections 323 (thrashing), 342 (illegal confinement), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code was registered against the trio.

The police have launched a manhunt to arrest the accused.
