In Giridih district, Maoists carried out IED explosions in two locations. On Thursday afternoon, Maoists triggered two IEDS hardly 300 metres away from Harladih CRPF camp under the Kukhra police station area.

In the early hours, the rebels triggered seven IEDs near Gamhariya village under the Pirtand police station area. However, no one was injured or killed.
