Kaaka Muttai director M Manikandan’s third film is called Aaandavan Kattalai. It will feature Vijay Sethupathi in the lead and will be based on common discrepancies in the issue of passports. It’s expected to be a comedy.

“It’s a light-hearted entertainer that throws the spotlight on discrepancies in the passport issuing structure and the various problems we face. The film’s last schedule is currently being shot in an embassy set,” said a source.

The film also features actor Yogi Babu from Kaaka Muttai and he will be seen in a prominent role. K has been roped in to compose the tunes.
