Kaan first look: Lover-boy Simbu is now a vibhuti-smeared devotee

In the first look of Kaan released on Wednesday, we see a beefed-up Simbu looking into the camera with folded hands, his forehead smeared with vibhuti and kumkum. Forming a natural backdrop is a temple.

After playing romantic characters in the last couple of films, Tamil actor Simbu now turns into a devout believer for his upcoming film, Kaan.

In the first look of the film released on Wednesday, we see Simbu looking into the camera with folded hands, his forehead smeared with vibhuti and kumkum. Forming a natural backdrop is a temple. The actor has clearly gained weight for the role.

The artwork of the poster is suitably dramatic with Simbu's green shirt standing out from its sepia backdrop.

The film has been directed by Selvaraghavan and stars Taapsee Pannu and Catherine Teresa as the female leads. The film's music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
