Stand-up comic turned actor Sivakarthikeyan is reportedly going to play a nurse as part of his multiple avatars in his next Tamil project. “He dons multiple roles in the film and in one of them; he will be playing a nurse. It’s not sure whether this role is going to be part of a song,” said a source from the film’s unit.

International make-up artist Sean Foot, who has worked on films such as Avatar and I, has been brought on board to handle Sivakarthikeyan’s look in a drag. The film is being directed by debutant Bhagyaraj Bharathi and stars Keerthy Suresh as the female lead.

Produced by RD Raja, the film has music by Anirudh Ravichander and PC Sreeram will crank the camera.

Actor Sivakarthikeyan is often seen as the ‘star to watch out for’ in Tamil cinema. A successful TV host, a stand-up comic and finally an actor with a decent run on the box office has meant that while he is no way close to the big league, his guy-next-door appeal coupled with a great comic timing has meant that he is a star in the making.
