Tamil actor Bobby Simhaa has been on a high since his film Jigarthanda hit bull's eye in 2014. Why, he even got a National Award for playing a Madurai gangster in the film. And now he's transformed into a revenge-seeking maniac for his new film, Urumeen (a crane that waits patiently to catch the fish at the right time). An unapologetic revenge drama, the trailer of the film, released on Wednesday, gives us enough glimpses into the gore and blood in store: It begins with a brutal murder in an isolated warehouse, with a monologue in the background on why revenge is justified at times.

The next frame introduces us to the hero, Bobby Simhaa as Selva: He's a small town guy who comes to Chennai for a job. But clearly, there’s more to his personality as he displays ‘two different behaviours’ throughout the two-minute long clip. He is looking for Kalaiyarasan (John Christopher), the film's villain.
Somewhere in between all this action, we are also shown a romance between Bobby Simhaa’s and Rashmi Menon, the main female lead in the film.
