A crowded bus plunged over a ravine in Venezuela, killing 10 people and injuring another 52, local media has reported. "The vehicle was apparently overcrowded and speeding when it crashed" on the route from Caracas to the town of Altagracia de Orituco, El Universal reported online.

Aragua state firefighters commander Yansen Flores said the injured were being treated in local hospitals.
