Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi hopes that his upcoming film, Hum tum aur Ghost will wipe out the notion of ghosts being scary.

"The film is a romantic-comedy and has a ghost element in it. The film has moments of love, pain and anguish and all. I hope, with this film, the fear,
especially among children about ghosts being scary, will come out," Warsi told PTI.

"I do not understand why people are afraid of ghosts, he said adding, "With all gossip mongers, it's the people who have made a notion that ghosts are scary...they are bad and harass people."

The film, which was previously titled Kaun Bola?, stars Dia Mirza, Boman Irani and Sandhya Mridul in significant roles. It's being directed by Kabeer Kaushik which has Arshad in the lead role.

"The ghost in my film is normal, has no special powers. The ghost does not look scary. He is a normal person after death as well," Warsi said.

The actor further said, "He believes in angel…we all must believe in it. I believe that after death body dies but the soul still lives on."
