Delhi Gurudwara election and administration minister Arvinder Singh Lovely said the government had no plans to introduce reservation for 'scheduled caste' Sikhs in Gurudwara prabandhak committee elections. Replying to the issue raised under 'special mention' in Delhi Assembly by his
