Daryl Selby had never won a game against Gregory Gaultier in their four meetings on the PSA Tour. But on Sunday, the Englishman went on to register the biggest upset of the tournament with a five-game win over the top-seeded Frenchman in the Punj Lloyd PSA Masters squash. It was a
disappointing day for India as wild card Ritwik Bhattacharya could not raise his game despite the strong crowd support and went down to 10th seed Alister Walker of England 4-11, 5-11, 3-11.

The former national champion played well in patches but was no match to the consistency of his higher-ranked opponent and went down in just under 30 minutes.
