Since no two people are the same, here are some hatke ways to woo that hatke crush or propose to your quirky other half.

This Valentine’s Day week, take the road less travelled and propose to your significant other in a different way. Instead of forcing a red rose in their hand along with a cheesy “I love you”, be a little bit more creative to show that you truly care. Since no two people are the same, here are some hatke ways to woo that hatke crush or propose to your quirky other half.

Propose with food

For your foodie boo, what would be the best way to propose than through a box of pizza or donuts? You know it is a fool proof plan because even if they do say no, you know you can just “eat” your feelings.

If hiding the wedding ring in the food items is too cliched for you, you could just scribble the words on the box of the food item like this guy and let them speak for you!

The nerdy way

If you prefer the nerdy way, you can propose through a number of ways, from accessory with a fandom reference like the Lord of the Rings themed one ring to rule them all, to making something truly creative, like making the Marauder’s Map for his girlfriend.

Or you can simply make a card and write off your feelings using the binary code. That’s a sure way to show your romantic, intellectual and creative side, all at once!

Propose with a puppy

Nobody can say no to a cute puppy and when that cute puppy happens to be carrying a proposal sign, rest assured, you are getting a ‘yes’. And even if they don’t, you’ll still have a cute little puppy to celebrate Valentine’s Day with. It’s a win-win.

Organise a scavenger hunt

You can organise a treasure hunt, leaving little clues all around the house to find the ring or some other kind of gift for a more competitive partner.
