Television star and Congress candidate Shekhar Suman owns more luxury cars than his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) rival and Bollywood actor Shatrughan Sinha.
According to the affidavit submitted by Shekhar Suman along with his nomination, he has five vehicles - a BMW, a Honda Accord, a Camry, a Toyota van and a Mercedes Benz.
Sinha said in his affidavit that he owns four cars including a 1995 model Ambassador. One of them is registered in his wife's name. Both are candidates at Patna Sahib.
But Sinha has moveable and immovable assets worth Rs 17.32 crore (Rs 173.2 million) as against Shekhar Suman's Rs 6.90 crore (Rs 69 million).
