Delhi Police on Tuesday evening released the sketches of three people who are suspected to have planted bombs at two places in the national capital last Saturday, when five bombs went off killing 24 people and injuring nearly 100. The sketches were of three men, aged 20-25 years,
suspected to have planted the bombs at Gaffar Market and Barakhamba Road.

"One sketch is of a person who kept the bomb at Gaffar Market and two sketches each of two people who planted the bomb at Barakhamba Road. Sketches were made on the basis of different accounts given by eye witnesses," said Delhi Police public relations officer, Rajan Bhagat.

"The two who planted the bomb at Barakhamba Road were wearing grey colour kurta pyjamas and the one who kept the bomb at Gaffar Market wore a cream colour shirt and trouser and an army monkey cap," Bhagat added.

"The suspected bombers seem to be around 20-25 years age. The sketches look like actual pictures as they have been prepared by computer experts using special software," he added.

"We got 20-25 pictures from Gujarat and showed them to the eye witnesses so that it would be easier to prepare sketches," said Joint Commissioner of Police (special cell) Karnal Singh.
