Terming "terrorism and communalism" as "twin sisters", RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Sunday said the RJD-LJP-SP alliance, if voted to power, will dictate terms to the communal forces.
He asked people to beware of evil designs of such divisive forces.
"Terrorism and communalism are twin sisters and people should be aware of the evil designs of such forces," Prasad said while addressing a poll meeting in Giridih.
If the alliance is voted to power, the communal force would have to listen to and act according to the demands of the secular forces, he said.
