The young, aggressive, 6 feet 6 inches tall Stuart Broad uses his height to the utmost advantage as a seam bowler. He generates bounce from the wicket, making run-making difficult. Born on 24 June, 1986, Broad is a left-handed batsman and right-arm seam bowler, known for variation of his bowling speed. He is the son of former England opener and ICC Emirates Panel Referee Chris. He is the one who made the second-highest-ever test score made by a number 9, when he made 169 against Pakistan in August 2010. He hit the winning runs in England’s last ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 match against the West Indies in Bridgetown, which was his only appearance at the event. He pushed his career into overdrive in a sensational spell of bowling in the fifth Ashes Test at The Oval in 2009.
