Sachin Tendulkar’s right index finger injury may keep him out of a number of IPL matches.

Although Tendulkar, struck by a Doug Bollinger delivery in Wednesday’s win over CSK, did not suffer a fracture, it is reliably learnt that there was lot of internal bleeding and he has struggled while batting in the nets.

Tendulkar had overcome a toe injury scare to feature in the Chennai opener.
