The national carrier Air India has decided to promote four of its employees, including skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, for winning the cricket World Cup. The other employees being Man-of-the-tournament Yuvraj Singh, spinner Harbhajan Singh and talented left-hander Suresh Raina. "I
am happy to announce that the four Air Indians -— Captain M S Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh and Suresh Raina —- will be promoted from their current positions," Air India Chairman and Managing Director, Arvind Jadhav said.

AI would felicitate them too, but Jadhav did not give details.

Dhoni, who led the team to victory at the Wankhede stadium, holds post of deputy manager at the Ranchi office of the cash-strapped flag carrier. He will now be promoted to the post of manager.

Yuvraj, currently a manager at the Chandigarh office, will now become a senior manager; Harbhajan, a deputy manager at Amritsar will be elevated to the position of a manager.

Raina, a deputy manager at the New Delhi office, too will now be a manager.

"All of them are our regular employees and attend office regularly when they are not playing," spokesperson of the airline said.
