Freida Pinto isn't turning heads in her direction with her appearances at the ongoing Cannes Film Festival. Although the Slumdog star isn't looking hideous, she fails to impress with her average fashion sense.

At the opening ceremony and premiere of Moonrise Kingdom, Pinto was clad in a dress by Michael Angel. She managed to look half-good. The multi-coloured strapless corset above her waist seemed a little odd, but her baby-pink high-slit skirt was haute. She accessorised her attire with a thin silver belt with black outline.

She was clad in a black sequin gown by Versace at the Opening Night Dinner. Well, this wasn't too striking either.

In both her appearances, she has the same hairstyle. She should experiment more with her locks rather than just tying them back in a plain bun.

The actor also seems to be overly inspired by Angelina Jolie. Both her dresses have thigh-high slits.

Freida, we expect better from you!
