It is a much smaller world today with globalization taking over at a fast pace. In this rapidly-evolving scenario, the business world needs a new breed of techno-managers and entrepreneurs –– multi-skilled, technologically literate, ethical, and globally aware.

Understanding the requirement for new-age education, the learning process at the Faculty of Management Studies, Manav Rachna International University, empowers students to push the boundaries and shoulder a higher set of responsibilities. The department comes with diverse and rich experience in academics and industry. During the MBA programme, students are provided with regular industry exposure, along with mentoring by senior executives.

The course itself offers dual specializations in more than 13 areas, with industrial knowledge partners from organizations such as KPMG, Fortis, etc. In addition, MRIU facilitates tie-ups with reputed foreign universities for faculty and student exchange. For instance, the International Business course is taught in collaboration with Edinburgh Napier University. With a focus on applied and experiential learning, the courses are structured in a four-tier mentoring programme (faculty/ industry/ alumni/ peers). SAP training is part of the curriculum for MBA students, who have the option of being part of more than 12 successful entrepreneurial ventures as well as government-sponsored research projects. In addition, the institution also boasts a Human lab, which includes a psychological testing centre and Assessment Centre and Development Centre (ACDC).

The curricula for all the programmes are based on the Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS) with a good number of Elective Courses, including Discipline Elective, Generic Elective and Open Electives. Industrial Training has been embedded in the curricula for all the programmes.

MRIU offers its flagship MBA programme with dual specializations.
