Manchester United boss David Moyes is planning to bring in new scouts after the club missed out on several transfer targets during his first summer in charge at Old Trafford.
According to the Mirror, United chief Moyes has been carrying out a review of how United plans to find stars after faltering during the first window.
The new chief plans to bring in his own men, tried and trusted talent-spotters, as he overhauls his team, the report said.
Moyes wants staff who do not just spot players but know exactly what their chances are of signing them, the report added.
New chief executive Ed Woodward infamously flew home from United's pre-season tour on transfer business but kept missing targets, the report added.
