I have been busy playing the PGA Tour but have not missed out on all the excitement preceding Vijay Singh's visit to India alongside players like Daniel Chopra and Todd Hamilton for the BILT Skins 2004.
I have been playing alongside Daniel all year and know that he is quite excited
about participating in the event, in front of home crowd.
BILT have created a unique tournament and one that is unlike anything that has ever been held in the country.
It will be a treat to see the current world no. 1, Vijay Singh in action at the DLF Club.
Vijay is in amazing form and has won eight times already on the Tour this year. He not only leads the money rankings with $9,825,166, but is also in contention each week.
Last week, at the Funai Classic at the Walt Disney Resort, Vijay was tied fifth going into the weekend but carded 12-under-par with rounds of 65 and 67 on the weekend to finish tied second.
He is one player, who cannot be ruled out, as he is capable of shooting the required scores to remain in the reckoning each time he appears.
Therefore, the BILT Skins promises a lot of excitement.
