After British Prime Minister David Cameron proposed a ‘Sir’ title for Wimbledon Champion Andy Murray, a recent poll has revealed that the tennis superstar should not get a knighthood for his amazing triumph, which led to the end of Britain’s 77-year long wait for a men’s singles champion at Wimbledon from their nation.

According to the Mirror, a poll showed that 55 percent of respondents believe that the Scot does not deserve a knighthood and only one in four people believed that the player should get the title, even though his victory sparked a wave of celebrations across the UK.
