Now, Bopanna is No. 3 in ATP doubles rankings

Rohan Bopanna on Monday became the No. 3 player in the world with a jump of two places in the latest ATP ranking chart. While Mahesh Bhupathi lost a place to be no. 7, Leander Paes is static at nine. Divij Sharan achieved a career-best rank of 66 while partner Purav Raja entered the top-100. He’s No. 86.

India end fourth
Kolkata: Powered by Deepika Kumari’s gold and bronze medal performances on the concluding day, India finished fourth in the archery World Cup Stage 3 in Medellin, Colombia.

Varsha bags gold
New Delhi: Varsha Varman of Madhya Pradesh bagged individual gold, shooting 12/15, in the 10th Grand Prix International Shotgun Junior competition in Italy.

Sudhanshu crowned
New Delhi:Sudhanshu Grover defeated Abhishek Yadav 4-3 to emerge the junior boys singles champion while Suthirtha Mukherjee won the junior girls singles crown on the concluding day of the South Asian Junior TT Championship here.
