S Korea, Japan win Asian qualifiers

Japan's Thumping win
Osaka: Asian champions Japan roared back to form with an 8-0 thrashing of Tajikistan in World Cup qualifying Tuesday as they eased frustrations after a run of poor results. Four goals in each half from the Blue Samurai put the hapless Tajiks to the sword and boosted coach Alberto Zaccheroni's of early progression to Asia's final qualifying stage.
