Sporting Lisbon say they have reached a deal to sell defender Marcos Rojo to Manchester United, with Nani going the other way on loan.
The club, which is listed on the stock exchange in Lisbon, made the announcement in a regulatory filing and said the transfer is worth 20 million euros ($27 million).
United are signing the Argentinian after losing their opening match of the Premier League season to Swansea on Saturday.
Sporting also added that Nani is returning to the Portuguese club on loan for the season. The winger left Sporting to join United in 2007.
