Everyone knows of actor Bipasha Basu’s love for fitness. The actor, who recently released a fitness DVD in which she teaches dance exercises to lose weight, now seems to have found a fan in actor Katrina Kaif. Apparently, Katrina too uses the same method, and is quite in awe of Bipasha’s idea.
A source says, “When Katrina found out about the DVD, she was thrilled. Every time she’s stressed, she puts on loud music at home and starts dancing. She feels it helps her calm down. In fact, even when she needs to tone up or lose weight, she chooses to do it by dancing, as she thinks it helps burn calories better.”
Ask Katrina about this and she says, “When you are fit and in control of your body, you feel better and look great. Your body functions better using dance as a medium to burn calories. It is a great idea by Bipasha and something a lot of people should do. I like it because I do the same.”
