Rakhi Sawant and controversies seem to have become synonymous. The after effects of the recent kiss and yell issue with Mika and earlier the obscene dance sequences are coming to surface now.

Recently, angry activists from the Vande Matram Sangharsh Samiti in Lucknow have blasted the item girl for wearing titillating outfits. They even raised slogans like Nangi ladki, hai hai (naked girl shame on you).

According to president of the Samiti Anoop Jaiswal, girls like Rakhi Sawant were demeaning India's culture.

And it was not just Rakhi who is facing flak. Actress Meghna Naidu too was butt of ridicule.

Carrying pictures of Rakhi and Meghna, the volunteers staged a dharna against the girls dressing up in a vulgar manner.

Many garment shops donated dozens of saris that were laid in an open vehicle and a procession was taken out from Gadauwila crossing to Dashashwamedh Ghat.

Jaiswal who led the "sari begging procession" said the main aim behind such a procession is to compel the two starlets to cover up and wear saris rather than bare-all clothes.

Jaiswal also added that a probe be ordered to find out whether Mika kissed her forcibly or whether she offered herself and caused a stir when her kiss and tell photos was all over the place.

Well, we can just say one thing - cover up babes else you'll be dressed down!
