HCL Infosystems has unveiled a new entrant in its range of 3G-enabled ME series Netbooks — the HCL ME 06.

HCL Infosystems has unveiled a new entrant in its range of 3G-enabled ME series Netbooks — the HCL ME 06. The netbook is Energy Star 5.0 certified, comes with integrated 3G capabilities and is available in a range of colours.

HCL also launched the ME 45, which is equipped with a multi-touch gesture touchpad that helps a user expand, shrink and rotate a picture by just using your fingers on the touchpad.

The HCL ME 06 Netbook costs Rs 19,990 and the HCL ME 45 notebook costs Rs 39,990. If you make a purchase during HCL’s ‘Winter Carnival’, you’ll get a Reebok Track suit autographed by Yuvraj Singh free.

New phones
The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic, which comes with a stainless steel frame finish, shares its platform with the Nokia 5800 and is priced at Rs 14,029. The Nokia 5230 Xpress-Music, priced at Rs 9,389, aims to provide an affordable touchphone.
