Game for Playbook - Doodle Run

The Doodle Run is one of the best (and the simplest) games I have played on the Blackberry Playbook. It features a hand-drawn character called Doodle who loves shiny objects. While the developer calls them diamonds, in reality I just found them to be different colored stars.

The Doodle Run is one of the best (and the simplest) games I have played on the Blackberry Playbook. It features a hand-drawn character called Doodle who loves shiny objects. While the developer calls them diamonds, in reality I just found them to be different colored stars.

Doodle shall be traveling through jungles and cities that are infested by various monsters. The goal is to navigate the protagonist through the maps without hitting those monsters. Every time you hit a monster, you lose a life. Don't worry if you lose too many lives too early in the game. Along with the stars, you can also find red colored hearts that shall give Doodle an extra life, and the hearts can be found all throughout the game.

Needless to say, more stars you collect, more points you earn. Different colored stars dole out different number of points. Collect as many as you can to score more points.

While the game play is fairly simple, it is fun to play and can provide hours of enjoyment to kids and grownups alike. For just $0.99, Doodle Run is worth every cent.
