Screen-shaking explosions, multiplayer mayhem, evil enemies with maniacal laughs, and bullet-spitting trucks and choppers out to save the world -- it's the launch trailer for Renegade Ops.
The downloadable game for 360, PS3 and PC is made by Avalanche Studios, the same Swedish group that stands behind the riotous Just Cause 2.
That's perhaps why both games are near-obsessed with joyful destruction. Renegade Ops' cars are well equipped to bulldoze through buildings, barrels and barriers while dealing concussive attacks to the armies of dictator-in-waiting Inferno.
Despite its attractions, there are a few things poised to hamper Ren Ops' launch.
The release c-incides with that of From Dust on the PlayStation Network, and the lifting of a review embargo on imminent Xbox 360 heavyweight Gears of War 3.
It's also up against downloadable demos for FIFA 12 and Pro Evolution Soccer 2012, and an uncertainty over Ops' later release date on PC.
A timed trial available from PSN and Xbox Live, two extra vehicles for PS3 owners that purchase before September 19, and a pre-release four-pack bargain on the PC encourage those waiting on reviews to take the plunge.
