TwitterTwitter has tied up with India's one of the largest telecom company Airtel, which will allow users to send tweets at the usual text rates and receive them for free.

According to reports, India has become Twitter's third largest market and the service is already on in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and the UK.

Twitter would be exclusive for only four weeks, suggesting that after that period, the service may also be offered by other service providers in India.
