Have you been thinking of late about a website of your own? With the netosphere fast becoming one’s global identity, it may not be far when each one of us will have a website, and actually thinking more how to maintain and decorate that instead of a hard earned flat.
“My first assignment was a website for a two year-old,” says engineering student Akhilesh Samant, who does website-building as a hobby. “People want to go beyond Facebook or Orkut... something very exclusive,” says DU student Sudeshna Mukherjee.

How to get it: There are quite a few website providers in the market. Airtel, too, has a website builder that allows the user to create their own site. With just Rs. 250 being the charge for a first timer [Rs 300 for mobile], it offers over 15000 templates to play with. And you don’t need to be tech-geek — the maintenance is also taken care of.
