Ready your cards: it's GOSF Day! The Great Online Shopping Festival is an initiative from Google to encourage online shopping in India. The three-day festival, which will run till December 12, is currently in its third year. It features deals, discounts and coupons from more than 400 partner merchants selling gadgets, apparel, home decor items, grocery, gifts, jewellery and even real estate.

You'll want to head over to GOSF.in and keep refreshing every couple of hours get see the best deals. Be warned, however, that you WILL be overwhelmed. Here are some things you simply shouldn't forget to check out:

1. The 299 Corner: Smartphone and tablet accessories, sunglasses, power banks, SD cards, clothes, bedsheets, soft toys and many, many more items - all priced not a rupee more than 299.

2. Exclusive Launches: This is where you can pick up a brand new Nexus 6 phone, Google's Chromecast streaming stick, a Lenovo Yoga tablet 2 Pro that features a built-in projector PCs from HP and other hot new electronics.

3. If you've been on the fence about buying a Kindle, now is the time to snag one. Amazon is offering the regular Kindle for Rs. 4,999, which is a thousand rupees off its selling price. The Kindle Paperwhite, which we highly recommend, is available for Rs. 8,999 instead of Rs. 10,999

4. There's more good stuff from Amazon. You can get a flat 60% off on console and PC games and 70% off on Kindle ebooks to go with that Kindle you just picked up. Oh, and if you have an HDFC debit or credit card, you'll get a 10% cash back when you spend a minimum of Rs. 3,999 (cash back up Rs. 2,000 only, which is a bummer, but hey, we'll take what we can get).
