Bingo Technologies on Tuesday launched a new fitness band, Bingo F2, in India. The device is priced at Rs 1,599 and will be competing with Xiaomi’s Mi Band - HRX Edition.

The Bingo F2 has a battery capacity of 70mAh that provides standby time of up to 300 hours. It is also equipped with a vibration or mute function. It also comes with sensors such as pedometer, sleep monitor, alarm and a heart rate monitor .

Compatible with all devices featuring Android and iOS via Bluetooth 4.0 and above, the fitness band elevates health and fitness to a different level with its features, the company said in a statement.

“The launch of the new ‘Bingo F2’ fitness band is in line with our strategy to introduce innovative yet useful products at an affordable price in the market. The ‘F2’ seamlessly blends fitness, functionality and affordability in one accessory,” said Hemant Saini, Marketing Manager, Bingo Technologies.

The fitness band with six months manufacturer warranty is available on leading e-commerce platforms.

The Bingo F2 will take on Xiaomi’s recent Mi Band - HRX Edition which is available online for Rs 1,299. The Mi Band features Bluetooth 4.0 and an OLED display. The Mi Band can monitor users’ steps, calories burnt, and sleep patterns. It also displays notifications for incoming calls or text messages. It comes with IP67 certification with splash and dust resistance.

The Mi Band 2, which is available for Rs 1,999, comes with a similar set of specifications and features, but also has a heart rate sensor.
